Strengthening military cooperation between the two countries is the focus of the Algerian-Jordanian talks – the Algerian dialogue

Lieutenant General Al-Said Shangriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, received the Chairman of the Joint Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Major General Youssef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Defense, Major General Youssef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti is on a working visit to Algeria at the head of an important military delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides touched on security challenges in the Arab region and the African continent, and exchanged views on various issues of common concern, as well as ways to enhance military cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries.

Lieutenant General Al-Said Chanegriha stressed that this visit is a favorable opportunity to work in order to advance joint military cooperation to the highest levels, in a way that benefits both parties. The statement adds.

Lieutenant General also noted the bilateral military cooperation relations between the two countries, which are characterized by mutual understanding and are embodied in several fields, according to the determined will of the supreme authorities of the two countries.
