University student Delbaz Zainab from Saïda won yesterday, Saturday evening, the first prize for the best photograph at the conclusion of the National Photography Salon in its sixth nature, which was hosted by Saïda for three consecutive days.
And the jury of the competition for the most beautiful photograph awarded the second prize to Si Ali Elias from the state of Ain Timouchent and the third prize to Bouchefirat Ahmed from the state of Jijel during a ceremony organized by the university residence “Ahmed Madghari” in the presence of the contesting photographers and a large number of male and female students, especially photo enthusiasts photographic.
60 university students, photographed with one photograph, participated in the competition for the best photograph. In this competition, there was a strong competition to take the best and most beautiful picture.
On the sidelines of the competition, Salima Derkawi, Director of University Services, stated that this event, organized under the slogan “Environmental Protection is Everyone’s Responsibility,” is an opportunity for university students who are fond of photography to present their work and enable citizens to discover their talents.
For reference, during this artistic demonstration, in addition to displaying the photographs, training workshops were organized for the benefit of the participating students on “Photographic angles and how to take them”, “Photographic techniques”, “Image semiology and color contrast”, and “Contrast and spacing in the image”.
These university students were supervised by specialists who enabled the participating students to raise their knowledge capabilities in the field of photography. For reference, the main theme of the sixth edition of the National Salon of Photography, organized by the Directorate of University Services, in which 20 states from the country participated, was titled “The Natural Environment and the Urban Environment.”
Since its inauguration on the 2nd of last March, the salon has witnessed a remarkable turnout of visitors who expressed their admiration for the displayed photographs and the discovery of promising talents in this field.
During these activities, tours and outings were programmed for the benefit of the participating students to each of the Tafrit region (Awlad Ibrahim municipality) and the two forests of Al-Aqban and Sidi Ahmed Al-Zaqai to enable them to take the most beautiful local pictures of nature, with which they participated in the competition for the best photograph.
The conclusion of this event was marked by the organization of an artistic concert for the benefit of university students. It introduced singing links in the popular, Andalusian and tribal character, in addition to rai and rap songs that the students responded to.
