And the former Olympic champion and president of the Algerian Olympic Committee, Abd al-Rahman Hammad, was appointed Minister of Youth and Sports, to succeed Abd al-Razzaq Sabqaq.
The former Director General of the Social Security Fund for Salaried Persons (CNAS), Faisal bin Taleb, was appointed Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, to succeed Youssef Shurafa.
The amendment also included the position of the Ministry of Finance, which was assigned to Abdel Aziz Fayed, succeeding his predecessor Ibrahim Jamal Kasali, and Aziz Fayed held the position of Director General of the Budget at the Ministry of Finance.
The new Ministry of Irrigation assigned this government reshuffle to Taha Darbal, the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Works, Irrigation and Basic Facilities.
In the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energies, Faiza Dahlab was appointed to replace Samia Muwalfi. The amendment also affected the Ministry of Fisheries and Fishing Products, which will be occupied by Ahmed Badani, succeeding Hisham Sufyan Salwachi.

The President of the Republic appointed Abdel Aziz Khalaf, Minister of State, an advisor to the President, while the Permanent Representative of Algeria to the United Nations, Muhammad Nazir Al-Arabawi, was appointed Director of the Court in the Presidency.
It is noted on the new government amendment, the emergence of two new ministries: the first is the Ministry of Irrigation, which was assigned to Taha Darbal, after it was separated from the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Facilities occupied by Lakhdar Rakhroukh, and the second new ministry is the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, which arose from the assignment of the Ministry of Industry, which was Occupied by Ahmed Zagdar, Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry Ali Aoun.
