Today, Tuesday, the Committee for Legal and Administrative Affairs and Freedoms, chaired by Zuhair Khelladi, Chairman of the Committee, held a meeting dedicated to conducting a preliminary reading of the draft bylaws of the National People’s Assembly.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee presented the reasons for preparing this text, which is one of the most important basic texts that he relies on in organizing and running the council’s organs and bodies, and explained that its importance is reflected in what the constitution stipulated in Article 190, paragraph 6, which requires subjecting the internal system of the council And obligatory for constitutional conformity, just like the organic law, while in Article 135 each chamber of Parliament was assigned the power to prepare and ratify its internal system.

In this context, various opinions and suggestions related to how to continue and develop the programming and performance of the permanent committees’ activities were listened to, especially with regard to information missions and field visits, in addition to organizing parliamentary and study days.
