The Military Institute for Documentation, Evaluation and Reception organizes a round table entitled “Joining the BRICS: What are the implications for Algeria” – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Within the framework of embodying the program of scientific activities for the year 2023, the Military Institute for Documentation, Evaluation and Reception of the Ministry of National Defense organized, today, Tuesday, at the National Army Club, Beni Messous, in the 1st Military Region, a round table entitled “Joining the BRICS: What are the implications for Algeria?”

This round table, which was attended by university researchers in addition to representatives of ministries and national bodies, was known for making active interventions by university professors in political science and international relations, through which various aspects related to Algeria’s candidacy to join the BRICS group were addressed, in addition to the advantages and opportunities available in various fields. To open the discussion to the participants who expressed through their interventions the importance of absorbing the future bets to join the BRICS by continuing the development efforts initiated by the country’s higher authorities in various fields, which will make Algeria, as a pivotal country in the region and a gateway to the African continent, qualified to play a pivotal and important role within this economic group. .
