Today, Thursday, May 18, 2023, the Minister of Health, Professor Abdel-Haq Sayhi, supervised the opening of the media and training day of the medical mission to the Holy Bekaa for the Hajj season 1444 AH at the Higher Institute of Semi-Medical Training in the capital.
The minister began his speech on this occasion, by recalling the great role played by the medical mission in order to serve the pilgrims, by accompanying them, supervising them, and especially guiding them throughout the rituals of Hajj, reminding them of a set of basic rules that the medical mission, which includes 127 members, must do. Commitment to it in order to ensure the best services for our pilgrims.
In this context, the minister noted the level and quality of services that the medical mission worked to provide during the past Hajj seasons. Which contributed to its occupation of advanced ranks among the Islamic countries participating in the organization of the Hajj season.
In light of this, the Minister called on the members of the mission to preserve this honorable image by maintaining the level of coordination between the medical teams and adherence to the instructions and plan set by the head of the mission, noting that Algeria has provided all the necessary needs for the success of the Hajj season for the year 2023.
