The Minister then touched on the need to pay the dues of the contracting institutions operating in the project, and also ordered those assigned to complete the project to prepare a special program for the remaining works, counting all the technical and administrative obstacles, and defining the responsibilities between the contracting institutions and the completion institutions, and this was in the presence of the Studies Office, the National Authority for Technical Supervision of Construction and the completion institutions with The need to prepare invoices for the works carried out by the completion institutions to pay their contractual dues, in an effort to complete this project within the specified deadlines.
Concerning the works of connecting to the low-voltage electricity network, the Minister was keen to enumerate all the obstacles and coordinate with the civil protection services, as well as to complete the studies and approve them before next Thursday. It allows the start of the work of installing cameras and a sound system at the stadium level.
