In a statement issued today, the committee stressed the prohibition of drugs, hallucinogens and psychotropic substances, in their consumption, promotion and sale, as this is a major sin, as evidenced by the texts for their prohibition.
She added that the promotion and abuse of drugs and hallucinogens threatens national security and societal stability, and is one of the most serious causes of sowing discord and the spread of deviation and immorality in it.
She called on the Algerian family to take care of their children and to ensure their protection from drugs and hallucinogens, including digital and electronic drugs, which is a task placed on parents in particular.
She also urged the full integration of all citizens, male and female, and opinion-making institutions to protect society from this dangerous scourge, noting the great role played by the security and military interests, in vigilantly combating this phenomenon, and protecting the country and its people from death dealers who promote these devastating scourges.
