The ministry said that these instructions came “within the framework of the endeavor aimed at transforming the Algerian university into a locomotive for economic and social development, and in accordance with the commitments of the President of the Republic in his presidential program, especially Commitment 41, as well as within the new vision of the sector, which calls for transforming knowledge into a marketable product and the participation of the university and its contribution to wealth creation.” and jobs.”
Among the directives included in this media memorandum are, “allocating spaces or real estate stores for a specific period for startups that have obtained the Label label, an innovative project or a start-up, and this is within the framework of the facilities granted to this category, in order to enable them to have a social headquarters that allows them to obtain a commercial registry that authorizes It is carrying out its activities.”
The same memorandum stressed – and adds the same source – that “it is sufficient to prepare only an internal course for allocating offices or headquarters for students with innovative projects or emerging institutions without subjecting them to rental procedures.”
The statement indicated that these procedures “are within the facilities granted to owners of innovative ideas and projects that create wealth, and then job positions and the promotion of the national economy.” It also aims to “strengthen the mechanisms of accompanying and motivating these institutions, which are currently crowned by including holders of the label of an emerging institution and an innovative project within the initial investor.
