According to the Ministry’s instructions, the operations of importing new vehicles, sub-assemblies, accessories and parts used in the vehicle industry will not be subject to the certificates issued by the National Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade (ALGEX).
The Ministry also indicated in this regard that banking settlement operations require only a control certificate issued by the competent departments of the General Directorate of Industrial Development.
She also confirmed that applications for control certificates must be deposited, starting on Sunday 05/21/2023, at the level of the Directorate General of Industrial Development at the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, noting that the files of control certificate requests must be attached to the documents mentioned in the appendix, and that no Any incomplete file is accepted.
