The Ministry of Industry: Wholesale pharmaceutical distribution institutions are obliged to declare weekly stocks of insulin pens – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

And the educational statement stated: The technical managers of pharmaceutical institutions for wholesale distribution are aware of the mandatory weekly declaration of stocks and distribution of insulin pens, on an exceptional basis, according to the form related to these statements, which you can find on our website: miph.gov.dz

It is worth noting that the weekly permits must comply with the conditions mentioned below:

It is mandatory to fill in the forms correctly according to the terms and conditions stated therein without modifying the form (must comply with the uploaded form).

Do not merge form cells.

Regarding the quantities distributed to pharmacies and/or clinics: mention only the total quantities of each pharmaceutical item (without mentioning the names of pharmacies and clinics).

Regarding the quantities distributed to pharmaceutical institutions for wholesale distribution: Please detail the information related to the quantities distributed according to the pharmaceutical substance and the pharmaceutical institution for wholesale distribution (the names of the pharmaceutical dealers must be mentioned).

In implementation of the provisions of this directive, pharmaceutical institutions for wholesale distribution are required to make a weekly declaration of stock levels and distribution related to insulin pens, every Thursday before 12h00 via the following e-mail suivi-insulin@miph.gov.dz, starting from May 11, 2023

With regard to the weekly declaration related to May 11, 2023, the quantities distributed during the period from January 01, 2023 to May 03, 2023 are declared according to the form designated for them, which can be downloaded via our website: miph.gov.dz.
