The National Office for Hajj and Umrah clarifies about the killing of Algerian pilgrims – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

The National Office for Hajj and Umrah issued a statement on the accident that claimed the lives of two Algerian pilgrims last Monday.

And the Diwan’s statement stated: In the aftermath of the painful incident that took place on Monday, February 20, 2023 in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, in which two Algerian pilgrims, may God have mercy on them, were killed, and the matter relates to each of the following:
Mr. Kouider Bou Abdullah Hassan and Mr. Kaddour Baradei, the National Office for Hajj and Umrah announces that it has immediately initiated, in coordination with the interests of the Algerian General Consulate in Jeddah, and with the director of the Tourism and Travel Agency “Anwar Al-Sabah”, all the necessary measures required by such situations.
The National Office for Hajj and Umrah, together with the Algerian Consulate General in Jeddah, is following up on the results of the investigations and all procedures related to the two victims, may God have mercy on them.
