Participants in the first national symposium for “High Algerian talents residing abroad”, today, Saturday in Algiers, stressed the importance of creating a polarizing environment for the Algerian community abroad to participate in comprehensive development plans.
And in his intervention during the opening of this symposium organized by the Algerian Club for Excellence and High Competencies, under the title “Algerian competencies residing abroad: the pillar of national development”, the Director General of national competencies abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the national community abroad, Mohamed Saudi, stressed the keenness of the higher authorities in The country is keen to attract Algerian competencies abroad as “the greatest capital and the source from which the country draws to transfer knowledge, expertise and knowledge.”
In the same context, Mr. Seoudi revealed the preparations for “launching a cooperation project that embodies the participation of Algerian competencies abroad in the field, according to the competence of each group, so that civil society will assume its true position in cooperation with official efforts.”
For his part, the head of the National Observatory of Civil Society, Noureddine Ben Brahem, called for “exiting the idea of activities and moving to a project approach, by identifying the challenges and the added value that can be added to Algeria.”
In the same context, the representatives of official bodies present at this symposium expressed their willingness to learn about the ideas of Algerian minds and benefit from their experience, especially since they have proven their competence and left their mark in the foreign countries where they reside.
In this regard, a number of talent representatives emphasized the necessity of activating the communication mechanism between them as experts and the competent bodies to benefit from their experiences and gradually localize their expertise, in the words of Professor Salah El-Din Nobley.
In turn, the engineering expert residing in Turkey, Mohamed Ebrier, affirmed the readiness of these competencies “as frameworks abroad for the transfer of modern technologies, by uniting the class and achieving cooperation to embody the exchange of experiences in the field.” For his part, Professor Hamid Menouar, residing in Qatar, indicated that “Algeria can To play a major role in attracting major projects globally, due to its capabilities.”
By the way, a number of Algerian competencies residing abroad reviewed their experiences through 3 sessions related to digital transformation and artificial intelligence, energy and environmental security, as well as health, food and water security.
In this context, the doctor at the University of Dubai, Nasreddine Belkacem, touched on the future of the smart brain-computer interface in improving the lives of the disabled and the elderly through artificial intelligence and translating brain signals into commands.
For his part, Dr. Amin bin Saed, who resides in Qatar and is one of the supervisors on the digital side in preparing the activities of the Qatar World Cup 2022, explained ways to win the bets of digital transformation in transport, logistics and field management.
