The Prime Minister arrives in Jeddah to represent President Tebboune at the Arab Summit – Algerian Dialogue

Prime Minister Ayman bin Abd al-Rahman arrived in the city of Jeddah, this morning, Friday, to represent the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at the 32nd Arab Summit, for the meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States.

And the Saudi Press Agency reported that a number of officials in the Kingdom were receiving Prime Minister Ayman bin Abdul Rahman at King Abdulaziz International Airport. Saudi Arabia in Algeria, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Busairi, the Director of Police in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Major General Saleh Al-Jabri, and the Undersecretary of Royal Protocols, Fahd Al-Sahil.

For reference, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, assigned, yesterday, Thursday, Prime Minister Ayman bin Abdelrahman, to represent him in the work of the thirty-second (32) regular session of the Council of the League of Arab States, at the level of the summit that will convene tomorrow, May 19, in Jeddah, in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Prime Minister will deliver the speech of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in his capacity as president of the summit, before handing over the presidency to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Prime Minister is also expected to present the outcome of Algeria’s presidency of the Arab Summit since November 1, 2022.
