The Prime Minister, Aymen Ben Abderrahmane, received, Thursday in Algiers, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Zambia, Nelly Petit Kachumba Moti, who is on an official visit to Algeria.
According to a statement by the Prime Ministry, during the meeting, the two sides discussed the strong historical relations that bind Algeria and Zambia and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields, including the parliamentary field, in order to raise bilateral relations to the level that the two brotherly countries aspire to.
The meeting also constituted, according to the statement, an opportunity to discuss ways to enhance bilateral consultation on regional and international issues of common concern, especially within the framework of the African Union, in support of peace, stability and development in the African continent.
