At the outset, the minister renewed his congratulations to those present on the month of fasting, the month of worship and forgiveness, and drawing closer to God Almighty by increasing work, especially since we are on the eve of the return of nearly 11 million students to study in the third semester, and he called, by the way, education directors and those working under their authority to accompany the field and visit Educational institutions tomorrow, Sunday, April 9, 2023.

With the beginning of the third semester of the study, the Minister gave instructions regarding several operations regarding the level verification exam, which will take place on May 02, 2023. The Minister emphasized giving it the utmost importance, from the organizational and procedural side, especially since the target group includes all age groups, throughout the country. He also ordered the director of the National Office for Distance Education and Training, in coordination with the directors of education, to harness all the human capabilities necessary for its success, given its national and public importance.

With regard to the exam for assessing the achievements of students in the primary education stage, the Minister appreciated the role of everyone, especially the national organizations accredited to parents of students, which greatly contributed to sensitizing and educating parents of the great benefit that this exam will bring to our students and to the Algerian school, and he also stressed the importance of days Information and training about the processes for preparing the subjects of this exam, and how to conduct it, on the days of 09, 10 and 11 April 2023, which are supervised by executives from the central administration, for the benefit of directors of education, heads of departments in charge of exams and competitions and inspectors of primary education for the Arabic language, according to a precise and accurate calendar, as he gave The Minister set a set of instructions that must be adhered to with the required strictness in this regard.

With regard to national school exams (intermediate education certificate and baccalaureate certificate), the Minister ordered the directors of education to control all logistical and technical operations in coordination with the directors of the branches of the National Office for Examinations and Competitions, with the necessity of taking care and being careful in reporting the signs of physical and sports education and exemption statuses to the regional collection centers to reserve the marks. , providing comfortable conditions for examinees with special needs, choosing well the heads of the centers, and other operations related to these two examinations.

With the end of the school year approaching, the Minister stressed the necessity of examining the extent to which the study programs are implemented, and actively participating in the commemoration of Science Day corresponding to April 16 of each year, the occasion that commemorates the death anniversary of Sheikh Abdul Hamid bin Badis, the pioneer of the Algerian renaissance, by organizing lectures and conducting Filmed investigations about Algerian intellectual or scientific figures, organizing scientific, football and artistic workshops, and other activities that consolidate spiritual, moral, cultural and civilizational values ​​among young people within the framework of preserving the scientific national memory and the components of the national identity.

Regarding the digitization of the management of job housing, the minister indicated that the next period of this process will be through its digitization after the inspection committees complete the matching of the descriptive card with what is in the field.

With regard to the mobility movement, which has been digitized, the Minister indicated that it is necessary to inform the teachers of the expiration of the deadlines for reserving information, and a period will be allocated for them to enable them to verify the validity of the reserved data, before embarking on the next stage.

With regard to the distribution of textbooks, the Minister ordered education directors to visit state centers for the publication and distribution of educational documents, and to put in place all the measures in place, strictly and seriously, to ensure the success of this process.

In conclusion, the Minister called on education directors to take all measures and provide all means to organize the National Media Week and open doors for school guidance, and to sensitize students to the importance of the Arts Division, as well as the Mathematics and Mathematical Techniques Divisions.
