Tunisian authorities thwart 26 border crossing operations

The Tunisian authorities thwarted 26 illegal crossings of the maritime borders.

According to the Tunisian National Guard, the units of the Naval Guard were able to thwart 26 operations to cross the maritime borders on the coasts of Bizerte, Sfax and Mahdia. The same interests reported that the units were able to seize 1080 illegal immigrants after their boats were exposed to sinking at sea.
