Today, China succeeded in launching a new test satellite into space, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwest of the country.
And the Chinese “Xinhua” agency stated that the satellite was launched by a carrier rocket (Kuaizhou-11 Y2) at 9:15 am Beijing time and entered the planned orbit, indicating that the satellite is intended to test the High-Frequency Data Exchange System (VDES).
The satellite will be used primarily for communications testing and verification of key technologies of the High Frequency Data Exchange System (VDES) and Automatic Identification System (AIS).
