More than 321 thousand new pedagogical seats in vocational training – Al-Hiwar Algeria

The Director of Guidance, Examinations and Certification at the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education, Rashid Hajj Masoud, revealed that the sector provides more than 321 thousand new pedagogical seats in various training styles and devices, in anticipation of entering the February session (2022-2023), next Sunday.
In press statements, he explained, “The number of new pedagogical seats provided by the sector for the next entry is estimated at 321,305 new pedagogical seats, including
82,124 new seats are in the training mode by apprenticeship, another 59,591 are in the face-to-face training mode, and 2,490 seats are in the remote training mode.
The same official indicated that among the total number of new educational seats, the sector also provides “14,316 new educational seats for the training of women staying at home, another 12,813 in evening lessons, and 3,670 new seats for training in the rural setting, in addition to 495 new educational seats within the framework of the erasure device.” Illiteracy – vocational rehabilitation.
The sector provides 82,790 new pedagogical seats to train beneficiaries of the unemployment grant in 105 specializations from 18 professional divisions found in the Code of Specializations and Professional Divisions affiliated to the sector, in addition to 64 other seats for the benefit of people with disabilities, including those directed to the physically disabled.
It was reported that the ministry had mobilized the material and human means necessary for the success of this entry, such as educational technical equipment, and programming 508 majors in 23 professional divisions found in the Code of Specializations, “which are determined according to the specificities of each region and in line with the requirements of the national economy and the needs of the labor market for qualified labor.” .

In this context, Hajj Massoud added that the sector focuses, through open training offers, on priority sectors, including hotel and catering, tourism, construction and public works, agriculture, information technology, digitization and communications, electricity and electronics, and management and management techniques.
From this perspective, he recalled the various measures and procedures taken by the vocational training sector in order to make these disciplines in line with the requirements of the national economy, similar to partnership with several sectors and institutions, by concluding several agreements.
The same spokesman revealed that the sector has included new specializations in the pedagogical program, in anticipation of this entry, including the specialization of “operator in a seawater desalination plant.”
For reference, the registration period has been extended until next Sunday to enable training seekers to register for vocational training seats.
