He also added, “The statements of the High Commissioner for European Foreign Policy, Joseph Borrell, during his visit to Algeria, are conclusive evidence that Algeria is an important and credible partner and can contribute to achieving peace.”
Professor Sahel explained that “Algeria is moving according to a set of principles and a set of determinants, and it cannot change with the change of circumstances and conditions, and this adds to the credibility and stability of the Algerian positions.”
He also added that “Algeria also believes in the principle of peaceful settlement of disputes, disputes and crises through good offices, consultations and negotiations between the concerned parties.” International law and international legitimacy”.

And he added, “Many countries, especially at the Arab level, recognize the important role of Algerian diplomacy in establishing peace and contributing to finding solutions to many files without interfering in the internal affairs of countries.”
Highlighting the presence of the Arab Contact Group is important for the League as a regional organization to be strongly present in this type of file.
